About grave candles... well, talk to Hermiosa (she is nearby to the ship) ans she will gibe you a quest to seek a lost man of her crew. That man is not so far away from the camp, find a place with many broken pillars. Save him and he will give a book, use this book to calm down a wind over a grave.
