yes after the battle tower... I finished Hall of Echoes Bound - X marks the Spot and Reaping the Seeds... I talked with the dragon, saw Damian, killed the 4 bandits he left, so I'm off to do the Hall of Echoes Bound - Lock and Key
I found the lever and removed the barrier I just have to find where the damn entrance is while electroshock beams, ballisters etc are against me
