Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Gems/charms

I'm not really sure what the proper name for them are, but i think they are called charms (the gem things you put in your equipment that gives a few stat improvements)

Anyway i was just wondering if there was anywhere i could use the gems ive gathered to make charms, otherwise having a like 100 gems is kinda pointless unless you just want to sell them. I thought i might be able to use them when i got my battle tower but i couldnt find anything there, which i thought was strange since i have a runner that collects gems. Any help would be appreciated! :p

not sure but try the inventory menu and right-clicking on the items

Gems are not charms. Charms are the 1 which you mentioned adding few stats points, where as gems and ores are use for enchantments on your gears and weapons, such as adding 6 range defence, +15 melee damage and so on. You need to gain recipe for enchantments before you can enchant the stats you like.
