There are no non-German patches out yet; other localizations already include those updates/fixes, plus any made up to the point they were released. There is a patch in the works, hopefully being released soon, to bring all localizations up to the North American release version.
Are you having a problem with the game in Windows 7 (see
here), or were you trying to install the German game/patch and do the language hack?
