I'm in broken valley and I've met a man on the first bridge as you start towards Lovis' Tower, saying he worked for some real estate company. I figure I'm either being scammed or I've got a plot of land somewhere waiting for me? Either way, I can't seem to find where the guy ran off to and google searches have been futile. If anyone can address this, it'd be much obliged.
