PC DVD versions you can get from anywhere, but at least with Impluse and Gamersgate, they have exclusive digital download deals for North America and the UK, respectively (don't know about metaboli; I clicked to download on the gamesplanet site, but it prompts to log in, rather than start with payment info or a notice that it is unavailable from my location). Of course importing is effectively restricted for the Xbox version, since you can not mix NTSC and PAL games/systems.
