It has nothing to do with the white rabbit or the fortune teller. If you did read the quest log, you need to find and kill the creatures which naberius constructed previously, that run off away from him. After killing those creature, you get the skull and upon completing naberius quest vigor mortis, he will help you construct your creature. You can then summon the creature using the crystal skull.
