i want to know whats the best level to go into lovis tower im a level 7 mage

There no specific level require to go into lovis tower. As long you can clear those skeletons at the entrance, you are free to go in any time.

Inside the tower. Else what for its name lovis tower.

i suggest you wait til you're at least level 9 .. the higher the better imho.
