Battle Tower ...

My question is this: Can you return to Broken Valley or Sentinel Island after aquiring Dragon Form? Without dying to poisonous air that is?

I have a quest to find a book in a ship stuck in a tree in Sentinel Island that I needed Dragon Form for but I can't access the shrines anymore.

Apparently part of the quest to find the Hall of Echoes is located in Broken Valley.

I have flown back to Broken Valley but I die real fast from poison. I have completed a ton of side quests in Orobas Fjords already and am just wondering if I can go back to these other areas.

1. You can definitely return to broken valley and sentinel island, but not all parts are accessible only. You wont need or able to reach the lower ground areas anymore as its poisonous. Beside there is no need to do so as your current quests wont need you to do so.

2. Yes you can. You still can access the shrine on another entrance to your battle tower. From there you can run to some empty location which allow you to take your dragon form

Ok so I have to find an exit from my Battle Tower on Sentinel Island then I can do the Boat in a Tree quest ... guess i have to look harder.
