Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Dristributing skill points

I just bought the game off of Steam last night and am enjoying it so far.

I feel stupid for having to ask this but...How do you distribute the shill points?

I've accumulated several, but I can't for life of me, figure out how put them where I want.

I can click on the skill and get info but how do you apply the points?

Also does a manual come with the Steam download and if it does where is it located?

Listen you are not alone I had trouble as well, just never saw that little pointer at the side! And worst I never saw the slider so I couldn't for the life of me figure out how peeps were able to add points to the Lock-picking skill..............so lame and coming from an RPG veterans like me, boy I felt so "Newb"???

I was like level 11 before I figured out how to assign all the spell slots. [ actually 15 ]
