You're close by I suppose! There must be 1 book you can reading "What's in a name" is that name of the Demon Laiken is soul forced with!
I hope you understand what I mean? smirk .. Read also your Logbook by Quests wink

Edit: If I remember right, there is some of a mechanism on a bookshelf that opens something... ?

Guys I have been stuck here for 2 days, I already mindread him so now it just hits me with that one line he always uses when I try to talk to him. I go to the one book case and it always give me the same message about something being cheap. I searched the room all over and I cant find anything. I have all of the keys, killed all guys on all 4 floors. I have been stuck for 2 days in this spot. Im constantly reading the forums to find out what Im doing wrong.

Me neither, I wish someone would tell me exactly where it is, is it by the book case behind the goblen, or is it by the other case that lets you access it?

My memory may be off, but I believe when you mindread him he thinks about a book. That book should then be available in the interactive bookshelf, and that will open a hidden door/wall. Correct me if I'm wrong smile

I dont remember when I initially minderead him, and now when I go to the book shelf it says " a cheap parody" or something like that. Maybe a game bug?

There should be like 5-6 books to choose from. Don't you get up a list of books to read?

I think that's correctly Pendragon!
So the bookshelf that is NOT by the Goblin, but in that room (if you enter it) go to right side and than on the right side of the wall... I think well hidden book? So search carefully... and if you take the good book, a wall goes open and you find .... don't remeber "what" .. but give it a try! wink

Guys I found the bug in the game, when I go to the book shelf it just gives me the message" a cheap parody" However if I go to my log screen and I scroll up and down, it shows that the bookshelf gave me an option to choose a book, and I pick the the goblins evil or something like that., then it says a cheap parody. The problem is that its never giving me the option in realtime

I believe the parody line is supposed to be the comment when you select one of the books, so if you're not making a selection when interacting with the bookcase it does sound a bit like a bug, like the dialogue system is skipping the selection part.

See you found it. Beyond restarting the game/your system, or maybe holding down a number key while interacting with the bookcase to see if that will select another option, I don't know what to do.

Strange! Maybe look in your Logbook to read over again what that Goblin says if you mindreading him! I though he mention a name of a book? So take that book

But sorry, it is already a time ago when I was there!
Maybe you can read this page of a Guide?
But warning: this can destroy your fun, but on the other hand, days of searching also can destroy your fun wink :

Guys I figured it out, I had my zero in the keypad assigned for the interact action in the game, so when I was pressing zero, it was somehow selecting the wrong book without me seeing the choise. I changed it to the enter key and now I was able to pick the book. I am in now! Thanks!
