Yes I'm playing on a laptop but it's a very powerful laptop... I never had problem with other games before.
I will try to set it to High in my task manager cause I'm running Win7 on a dual-core. The thing is, i have the gadget that show me my CPU usage in % for both of my CPU and they're not maxed... I get maxed sometimes but it's not related to when the game lags...
EDIT: I tried Rome : Total war yesterday and I noticed lag sometimes(with the mouse) so I'm starting to think it's a PC-related issue. In my device manager I have a yellow sign next to my "PCI Memory Controller" - Altho I search for HOURS on internet and I found nothing that could help me fix that.
