I guess we need to know. What do YOU consider a "high powered" rig.
I have
i5-750 (cranked to 3.6Ghz)
4 gigs DDR3 1600
ATI 5870
Win 7 x64
Everything maxxed. Can get about 30-60FPS (depending where I am). The game is NOT a great performer, but far from 10FPS.
