Same problems on my U.S. version -
on my second play through even more fun -the exits started disapearing everytime I loaded a game and I started losing game saves as well - the game is completely unplayable at this point. I started playing consol games in the first place because of crap like this lol. These bugs combined with the horrible ending has means this is my first and last purchase from Larian. Time to sell back my copy and buy some expansions for Dragon Age.
