I have not installed this new patch yet and really don't want to unless some of the technical issues
have been addressed and resolved by this new patch.
As far as game play goes I have not experienced any serious problems.The only ingame glitch is the music does stutter a bit almost exclusively in Maxos Temple (quite annoying) and in most of the games cutscenes. I have had NO problem with lag OR any graphical problems at all.
The only problem I have had is getting stuck in the never ending portal bug and the game does not shut down properly most of the time. This has really taught me the importance of saving the game constantly epecially before porting to another area. I am playing in 1900/1200 resolution and all options set on max.
