1. Not yet there in 2nd play through. Decide keep it later. Maybe try observe to see if there any alternate options?
2. Are you sure there upper floors first
3. if you fly higher from the beach, you notice a bunker/ building being cover by those anti dragon force field as well. There are 2 ways to enter the building, fly close to edge of force field and try drop in, or fly to the opposite cliff, where you will locate a teleporting device. Use that to teleport there. Once you enter the area, just go up the building through the stairs and you eventually know what to do next.
4. You dont need to get rid of the force shield to destroy the balista. You fire sphere will do the job. If the balista is located near the edge of the force field, you can even fly near the force field and use your dragon breath on it.
