20k gold? Not even enough to fully equip all 3 runners. It needs 40k+ gold for that. If you do not know, locked chest contents scale according to your level. The later you open it, the better it can be. I collected 90% of locked chest only before battle tower fight, and each piece of gear, it can be easily sell ranging from 500+ gold to 1k+ gold. I make over 100k gold before obtaining my battle tower like this
. You need gold to purchase legendary gear during the second half of the game, if you want to make easy advancement. Good ones can sometimes reach 10k+ per piece of gear.
