another fix that works with Win7x86 is that you max out the video and restart the game, but you are running x64, so it may not work for you,BTW, I notice that you are using a SB sound card, I am noy sure if they fixed the driver problems yet, but been more than once it caaused all kinds of issues in a a variety of games, not sure about Div2
