In the Orobas Fjords near the closest anti-dragon zone to Broken Valley is a bandit hideout (Ragon I think) with four pressure plates in a line down a tunnel, leading to two chests.
When I step on the third one, I get a short cut scene of me standing on it and the air above it glows silvery. Standing on other ones doesn't seem to do anything.
