Are you talking about the jail break quest or the quest given to you by that fellow dragon slayer lady.
If it's the jail break one just head straight out of town and continue on straight, go down thru the little gulley.
Ruined chapel is straight out the town gates as far as you can go.
Might want to make good use of your quick save getting there.
