Broken valley you can only fly into now except where you see the little protected encampments, landing on Lovis' tower, the old mine site that got blown up and blocked and the other secret entrance to the mine that you get the key to from the guild master in the old mine building.
As for the other force field towards rivertown that comes down after you take out the goblin city I think. I just fried them houses and all with my dragon fire.
Not sure if goblins would of been there or not if I kept the houses but there were none there after I scorched everything.
