Yep there is a bug where only one statue has any text, like others members here have said. They say nothing, just list numbers if even that with nothing behind it.
It's a U.S. version bug I believe. Seems they just never translated everything they should have before releasing it in the U.S.
There are other areas/things that have no text or dialog as well but you can work thru them by just clicking OK or whatever.
U.S. version needs a patch.
