1.In Warrior's Guild that instructor regenerates. So how many times is he going to do that?
2. Don't want any specific info but are there any one-handed weapons that have max damage more than 82 (partisan) all weapons that do more are two-handed (except that abbey halbred).

The Holy weapon should have more. Are you still having that Abbey Halberd? Is it the Cursed Halberd of the Rock? It drains stamina...
Kiya

The instructor: I drank many restorations potions, so my weak mage could defeat him in the end (with a meager one-hander axe)

naah, I sold the halberd didn't like walking.

Hey Kiya you seem to know pretty much everything so answer this.. Why wasn't I able to freeze lichs in abbey but was able to do it that underground place near the church?

Raziel.... were you in the sacred place, where tombs are? NE of the Church? If so, you've busted a quest badly.
Leeches have different levels, are you sure you didn't have mummies there? I never opened those tombs. Please, relieve me, you weren't in that sacred place?
Kiya
BTW: Leeches have a low fires res., they burn nicely - those skellies in the church, they took lightning very badly.

Did you go down those stairs, NE of the church? Can you reload?

I don't know why the liches in two different places had different resistances. Different sub-species?

That underground place hear the church.... that wasn't by chance just to the north east, with the stairs mostly obscured by a clump of trees? This is the place of sacrifice for the holy item quest. By opening the tombs of the guardians, you have broken the quest. There is a not-very-stern warning in the book in the basement of the cursed Abby which tells you not to disturb the guardian's sleep.
There is a fix for this, however, which I should posting an updated version of later tonight.

I went there before abbey and when I read that book in abbey I just thought that they are going to eat me or something. Not sure about my last normal save... I think it's after abbey

Even if you can't re-load, you can still get your holy item and the experience for the quest.

holy sword has with best stats 71 to 100 damage, but you'll need to reload patiently many times to get that stat (one hander)

Nope, you don't have to start over. Actually, this is not a required quest, so it would not end the game anyway (you just wouldn't get the holy item without the fix). Check your private messages, if you haven't seen the one I sent earlier.

Warrior Guild instructor:
I won by using freeze and then kept hitting him with my sword. He said I could use magic.

That's bloody unfair: I couldn't, sniff. My female mage kept saying:I can't do that here... I just wanted to use meteorstrike, nothing harmful...
So I let her use her silly little axe and let her drink.

I don't use magic either. I use my dagger (stolen from Kistandalius backroom chest, it's really amazing) and use poison weapon on it, drunk only a restoration potion (in the proccess) and I beat him really bad.
