Hi, ok first of all, this is not a guide on how to fix it,
it is mearly me asking if "this" could be the problem and people answering it,
seeing if we can work together to get a proper fix going on here xD
ok, first off.. im running a GTX 260 card in my PC, not the best, but its a pretty good high end card, and i have noticed ALOT of the people having problems with with game has also got high end cards and PC's, myy little brother who is running a 9500GT in his machine can run this game perfectly!!
Anyways.. after countless hours trying to get this game fix'd, i came across something, when using Fraps (
www.fraps.com) to see if the FPS limiter frix had worked correctly (it did not) i noticed that my FPS (frames per seccond) NEVER went above 60, it would linger 59-60 for abit while lagging.
ok, heres the question..
Is there a FPS limit on this game and can it be changed? not a limiter, i dont want to lower the FPS but put it up.
