Heres an easy way to get yourself together and ready to attack them.
As soon as the cutscene ends fly to the right or left and go behind the tower. Now you can stop and load your dragon skill you should have (suggest loading it into the heal skill and drag it down to your quickbar. Now fly out and attack the EGG towers first. Fire #1 at it the close up firebreath. if health is too low fly back behind the tower to heal up. Rinse/Repeat
