The old forum had the manual install instructions, describing which rar files had to be extracted where. You could
contact CDV for them.
Alternately, I ran a program called
FileCheck on my install of Divinity (with the 1.32 patch), with the files in the dynamics folder deleted, and the saved games moved. This program creates a list of CRC-32 values (the error correction used in zip files) for a set of files or folders, and can compare that list to a folder. FileCheck is freeware, small and does not require an install.
You can compare
my crc file to your install, and identify other missing or different (possibly corrupt) files. This program expects the files to be in the original locations, so you will probably have to open the crc file in a text editor and do a search and replace to change my install path "E:\Divine Divinity" to match your own. The person I did this for originally in the old forum found about 10 or 15 files which were different; only one was actually corrupt (0 bytes, in fact), the rest just failed to match due to different settings or options, etc.
