I just wish this was a game that never ended such as Morrowind.
The content, story, voices, attitudes, scenery, everything absolutely delightful.

The ONLY down fall this game has is it ends to soon. Should the Dev's take a little heed they will look into making a construction set for this wonderful game or the next (hint hint wink wink - make another please).

To be able to expand the world, add NPC's, create beautiful character's, armor weapons, design new quest (mod a game) is just as fun as playing the game.

Best wishes and thanks for the good time!

There is at least a possibility modding tools may be released for D2:ED (see Is it modder-friendly?). The chances for DD or BD are pretty much zero, though (among other things, Larian used several tools which were either proprietary and could not be redistributed or were very user unfriendly).

Thanks for the welcome Raze.

Never hurts to ask, but I figured as much.
They could make a pretty penny though if they figured out how to make the game open ended (mod-able). Such a shame to waste such a beautiful world.

Another little suggestion is to cut down on the "fire" lava, it's a FPS killer even on a better PC. Perhaps another option for us "jump challenged". I have never cursed so much whilst playing a game! I'm horrible at jumping.

I have not had any problems with the jumping so far in D2:ED (had to try the disappearing platforms in the depleted ore mine a couple times to get the timing right), but then I'm playing the Xbox version. Playing Psychonauts on the PC I was ok at the start with keyboard and mouse, but had to switch to a gamepad once the acrobatics started getting more involved. There were a few very frustrating points for jumping, but I made it to the final level (then had to quit when I couldn't find a cheat for the timer or the health of the NPC you needed to protect). I watch a video of the last section on Youtube, and that confirmed my conclusion that it wasn't worth trying to learn the right pattern of twitches fast enough to get through it. The rest of the game was very good, though.
