I have said this before, but I believe the game was left unfinished for several reasons. I noticed the treasure box down there too and it kinda pissed me off. I kept expecting Damian to kill the Patriarch and you go down there or something like that
Champion harbor thing also lends me to believe this game is unfinished.
the quests and the skill book are possible to do and get.
There are a couple of other things that lead me to think the game unfinished, I should probably make a thread to list them, cause the list is rather big.
