K, ive been playing divinity for a while. im level 26. ive done the battle tower thing and all of broken valley is all gas and whatnot. but i need to enter the hall of echoes.. but, i didnt do the lock and key quest which u need to enter the hall of echoes.. but its in broken valley.. how do i get into the hall of echoes or how do i get the lock and key quest completed..?

There are places in Broken Valley high enough that you can transform back to human form safely (top level of Lovis' tower, etc). The mine tower is also above the gas, you just have to make sure you land on the upper walls.

Hey, I'm new here to the forums myself as well. Anyways, I just got pass this part (the lock and key quest) - towards the southeast part in Broken Valley there's a tower you enter and you talk to a Guildmaster I believe, he gives you a key - the key will get you you into the cave you need to enter. You'll know you're in the right spot because upon entering there's two enemies that start talking and then attack you.

If you look at this map, the area around 5.20 is where you need to go.
