The kegs of explosives are in the storage area in the cell (the second set can be used shortly after the first). At the back of the cell there is a button on the left of a couple vertical wooden beams (the cell left of the one with the broken door, IIRC). Check the map and you should be able to tell where the false wall would have to be. Past that there is another false wall, with another button on the right.
