Yeah, after some experimenting and messing around with it I've come to that conclusion as well. That was just an attempt to try and understand why this game performs so poorly. *shrug* I've tried other suggestions found here and elsewhere and they have helped somewhat but it's still really jumpy.
Kinda wish I had researched this game first. I usually do. This was an impulse buy, which I don't normally do. :P
Oh well, that MSI 250 won't go to waste. Just another GPU to fold with!
