After reading these posts, I went and turned in a quest from Broken Valley ... I got 500 exp and the option to take 125 more. Reloaded, played enough to level up, turned in the same quest, and got the same amount of exp...500/125.
So, maybe the quest exp is fixed. But, I see where waiting to turn in quests, makes sense re leveling up. Good info..And this time I'll maximize Sentinal Isle..I missed a few quests last time...
