A part 3 is planned, at least (and hopefully there will be more after that). The original story line was conceived of as a trilogy (Divine Divinity being part 1, with Beyond Divinity a spin-off set in the realm where Damian was exiled before getting back to Rivellon to start the war that supposedly killed the Divine One).
