That's a new one...
Did you assign the dragon morph stone to a button (I used the right D-pad direction for that, and the left for the dragon teleporter stone) or are you using it from the pause potion/skill/item menu or the main inventory?
If you've assigned it to a button or D-pad direction, try swapping functions with another button, and see if the problem moves, or not.
