Those are easily the best maps I have seen of the areas of Divinity 2.

If only they were in english as my german is 40 years rusty if any remains.

Prima work by the people involved.

Excellent post!!

Personally, I found that mixing and matching is ALWAYS better than the armor sets. The sets are not as good as you'd think they would be.

... huh ... confused ...

I was just refering to the quality of the maps that ArisEiswind provided the link for.

Personally I agree with you on the value of most sets. I have seen a few in different games
that really were worth wearing as a set.

I usually wear a mix of the best equipment I can find. I don't worry about how cool they look
but long they can stay alive. The one place I make a distinction is in the helm. I prefer a
good looking and not a wierd looking helm. My weapons are usually a mix though I prefer a
matched set of swords or axes. My clubs(hammers) are usually a mix.

A bit of .. rpg001. .. and a bit of .. rpg003. .. makes a winning combo.

Enjoy the game.

I was responding to the original poster who wanted guides on armor sets. The first time I played this game I about drove myself CRAZY looking for the ENTIRE amor sets just to be disappointed when I finally had them and found out that my original armor was MUCH better.

I always respond like that when I see armor sets in the topic cuz I want to try to save the next guy/girl some time and aggravation.....lol

I had to laugh at myself after reading your post because I do fit in the ' I need to have 2 of the same weapon ' category cuz I just feel dorky if I have 2 different ones. I need to look cool in a video game; how goofy is that?.....lol

Hey DB,

I will collect a set because of the experience gained. I also want to see what the entire set looks like on my character. I can check the stats and bonuses if any. Should I start running out of storage or cash they are the first to go.

You should have seen my storage for Titan Quest. I think I had about six of every sword (12 Sabertooth swords), club, axe and bow in the game that was worth keeping. Just so I could wield two weapons of not only the same kind but type (i.e. Sabertooths, Volgs or whatever). I would definitely fit in your 'goofy' group. ... .biggrin. ... .

This guide has annotated screenshots of maps, though not as detailed as the German ones in the link above (the walkthrough has descriptions of the locations, which can also help).

Got a question about the sets, so i will ask here: the stats on items are random or always the same?

The stats for set items are fixed; the ones listed in green vary based on how many pieces of the set are equipped.
