you need to solve Bronthion's quest about 3 burial items(south of the elven village) and series of quest starting with the stone axe quest which you get in dwarven village

I DON'T WANT TO SPOIL IT FOR YOU DOUG;BUT REST ASSURED,ON THE END YOU GET THE GIRL,KILL THE BAD GUYS AND SAVE THE ENTIRE PLANET!
