A 5% chance is a 5% chance, but Stun doesn't work on enemies with high Spiritual Resistance, and Spiritual Resistance gets more common the further along you go.

Evade Traps isn't that great, there are very few traps in the game. It's best to just save often. Evade Arrows should still work though.
