Playing a warrior (mostly) you should end up with lots of spare skill points.

Even neglecting spiritual resistance, a 5% chance wouldn't kick in very often. If you run into a tough opponent, Stun can be very helpful when maxed (especially if you get the first hit in and keep hitting), but if it takes 20 hits in order get triggered, it may not be much help (though fighting normal opponents it would still help every 5 or 10 fights, depending on how many swings it takes per opponent).

There are not enough areas in the game that are trapped to make it worth the effort to learn the Evade Traps skill (after the catacombs I can only think of another small area with traps... there is a trapped barrel somewhere, but you can avoid the trap by smashing it open). IMNSHO you would be better off just buying Spell Shield spell books (which would also help against opponents that do poison damage; ie around the cursed abbey) and possibly Aura of Guarding books (though most traps are magical).

I never found archers to be a problem, so didn't put anything into Evade Arrows. One level of Reflect Missiles was kind of handy to help me spot archers faster, but even maxed it wouldn't be much use for doing damage.
