As a side note, it's actually very rare for Win 7 to be the problem, in my experience, except in the case of really old games that were designed for Win 95/98 - and even some of those still work fine.
I have one that is buggy because it doesn't like machines that run more than a single core processor, apparently (According to some forums I've read at least. Sounds weird to me!) and a few that don't run because of bad DRM.
Div 2 is less than a year old, though (Either that or time's running a lot faster than I thought!) so should be prey to none of those things. It LOOKS like a DRM problem, but I mistrust the easy answer, in this case.
I actually have a list of games I'v... to see what works, if you're interested - including solutions for some of the stuff that doesn't seem to work at first glance
