I just started playing a few days ago and I'm stuck on defeating Amdusias. I have his scale, and i retrieved the book from the first level of the living quarters that I had to give to the ghost in the library in order to recieve the second version of it. I unlocked the room with Amdusias's chest in it, but I cannot open the chest because I dont know the passwords.

Can anyone tell me how to get it open?

You need to mindread Amdusias to get the password to the chest. His blood is nearby, but not in the chest, if that is why you are trying to get it open...


BTW, after defeating Amdusias you get access to sentinel island. Your first encounter there you can mindread to go up a level, so the higher level you are (I made it to level 18 in the fjords) the more of an experience bonus that will be. You don't need to get to a high level, but it would be better if you got to a new level before entering, to get a full level bonus.
