Ok i know there are several hundreads of these posts across the internet but they all seemed to be answered in the same way and it worked for them... However i have read every post and tryed looking everywhere... but i am unable to find Captain Rodney!
I started a new game and he is where he is normally at the table in the barracks. )however in my game where i have completed most of the side quests he is not... trying to unload these items from the a hunting we will go bounty quests)
I looked upstairs @ the place he arrested peavy
I looked at the farm where i killed jack
I looked at the pig farm where i helped "saving the bacon"
I am out of ideas and every post online seems to point to those locations but for me he is never there.
If anyone has this issue or knows where he might be please let me know
