Some people have experienced stuttering problems, with several suggestions that can help or fix the problem in some cases. Several people have ran into problems quicksaving and loading indoors causing doors to be sealed or ladders removed, etc (if it happens on a particular system, sometimes it is very rare, sometimes common).
After entering a particular location in the fjords a forcefield blocks access behind you, a couple people have fallen through the hatch, and been unable to get back in climbing up the ladder again. A couple people have had battle tower NPCs disappear (in one case just until they finished the area they were in, then the NPCs came back), or the runners stop leaving to fetch what you tell them to.
