do you play on PC or Xbox?

If you play on Xbox and the infinite loading screen comes AFTER a dialog, SKIP that dialog (press A button over again to the end of that dialog) and maybe that help ... ?

I had this twice on Xbox and skipping the dialog fix my problem.
