In reality the response I got was a letter from their lawyers that if I didn't finish by time X, they were going to ruin my company, ruin me personally, and make sure that whatever they forgot to mention they'd ruin, would be ruined too.
In one of the Civ games, the Lawyer is - as far as I heard it - the actually strongest available unit within the game.
The rumor I heard was that they did install this most powerful unit after an encounter with Lawyers who wrote the makers of the game that it MUST NOT have the actual name of "Civilization".
I think the game was named "Alpha Centauri" afterwards.
Dunno if I recollect this correctly from my memory.
If I wanted to make a game where i could play a REALLY evil character, then it would have to be a lawyer. Something like in Monkey island 4.
