@lynn - I've wrote many mails to game companies and it never sold everything.
Anyways... what it would change this time ? No patch = no fix.
I've tried all fixes that ppl wrote in technical section, becouse you of course did nothing.
No luck...
So, if i would contact you would just reply that you are sorry and working on solution.
No patch so far, so it means no solution so far. Just marketing b-sh1t.
