This does seem rather low. Especially since the amount of skills there are.
I wondered if maybe one would get more skill points in the upper levels, but alas it is not.
However - after posting my thread - I discovered a 'sticky' in this forum where it seems you can get about +/- 40 extra skill points from books, mind reading, etc,...
