Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks graveyard quest

when I entered the graveyard, where jake the zombie has captured the poor woman, I could not save anymore. Saving was possible once Jake appeared and called forth all fellow undead to aide him.

Did anyone else experience this?
Is this no saving thingy appears somewhere else in the game??

yes this is a bug.
you can save again after a movie sequence i believe..

It is both: A bug and purpose:
It was included into a later patch, cause leaving the underground cemetary without defeating Jake, led to other hanging cutscenes - but the FAQ says, this will be changed in a patch again.
