twice as many charm and enchantment slots on dual wield or sword and shield.
Are enchants really that big of a deal? I'm more concerned with actual damage. I doubt I'll be spending time trying to get the best possible enchants on all my gear.
And besides, don't you have to specifically choose 1H weapons that have charm/enchant slots on them? Is it possible that these won't always have the best damage?
