I found Arthur and spoke to him thoroughly, but then on his last line of dialogue, after he speaks, the screen goes to a load screen and just remains there like it's loading (I have to just shut the game down).

What's happening here? I also noticed that on this last screen my choice is "Continue" instead of "End", but I don't even click it, it just fades to a load screen after he speaks his line. How am I supposed to get his quest and speak to him if it does this?
