It's rather like an action-RPG, I heard, but it looks very much like the graphics style of DEck 13. Plus, the settings and everything looks rather new-ish to me. An RPG in Venice ? Okay, it isn't the real-world-Venice, of course.
I have only played a demo last year on the GamesCom, and I liked it. It was definitively kind of action-driven, but - to me, really personally - it also had a nice feeling of "adventure" to it.
Apart from that I can't say much more about it.
